Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original MAUVAIS packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
